Abstract

Management in the Islamic perspective is a management practice that implements Islamic values in management functions within the company. The purpose of this study is to implement the application of management in the process of recruitment, selection, and employee training. This study also analyzes management practices based on Islam in the company. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Azalea Botanicals has an understanding of Islamic management that is applied to function management systems such as human resource planning, recruitment, selection, and employee training. And the researchers found that by applying Islamic values in every activity the company provided good assistance for the religiosity and responsibilities of employees, as well as creating an environment that rahmatan lil'alamiin provided assistance for many people.
