Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment, Job Stress, Work Flexibility and Level of Religiosity on Employee Institution Satisfaction and Training in Sukoharjo Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 112 employees in the course and training institutions in Sukoharjo Regency using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique using probability convenience sampling method. Data analysis techniques using Regression Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) work stress does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Work flexibility has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) work environment has a significant influence on job satisfaction
