Abstract

Work ability, work motivation, and compensation are part of the factors that affect employee performance. The research aims to find out how the application of work capacity improvement, work motivation, and compensation in an effort to improve the performance of employees. This type of research is a study of literature or study with content analysis techniques (Content Analysis). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that work ability influences employee performance by placing employees in positions according to their abilities through the control of the selection and recruitment system so that new job candidates to be obtained are in accordance with what is needed by the company and their abilities are in accordance with the position to be occupied later . As well as conducting training and development of employee skills in order to continuously improve work abilities possessed by employees. Motivation influences employee performance through the fulfillment of factors that affect motivation so that employee performance increases, in the form of implementing physiological needs fulfillment policies, policies for meeting work safety and safety needs, fulfilling needs policies, and appreciation needs policies, self-actualization policies. Compensation has an effect on performance by providing appropriate and appropriate compensation to improve performance. This is in the form of providing decent and fair salaries, providing social security and labor, and meeting benefits
