Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance of the Weaving Division of PT. And Indonesian Lyrical. The sample used was 90 respondents with a sampling technique Convinience. Data analysis techniques using validity and reliability test, classic assumption test using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using t test, F test, coefficient of determination test. Multiple linear regression results show variable organizational commitment effect significant to the performance of employees with tcount (2,103)> t table (1,988). Work motivation variable shows tcount (4,415)> ttable (1,988) this means that it has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of Fcount (21.998)> Ftable (2.709) that there is a significant influence between the variables of organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.
