Yunita Dwi Sustianti. I000160141. Development Strategy for Cash Waqf Funds (Case Study in KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah) According to Undang-Undang No. 41 Tahun 2004. Thesis. Sharia Economic Law Faculty of Islamic Studies, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The concept of cash waqf, so far it turns out that many have responded well. Several Sharia Financial Institutions that receive Wakaf Money (LKS-PWU) have realized it. Therefore the strategy for the management and development of cash waqf funds in the LKS-PWU needs to be improved in order to improve management, management and development in accordance with Undang-Undang No. 41 Tahun 2004 concerning Waqf. Because there are many institutions that receive cash waqf that are not optimal in developing cash waqf funds. BMT Amanah Ummah Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah) is one of the Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperatives (KSPPS) that manages and develops cash waqf funds. For more than a year, BMT KSPPS Amanah Ummah has a strategy to develop a cash waqf fund which is only recently practiced. The main problem in this study is whether the implementation of strategies for developing cash waqf funds in KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah are in accordance with Undang-Undang No. 41 Tahun 2004 ?. So this study aims to determine the implementation of strategies for developing cash waqf funds in KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah in accordance with Undang-Undang No. 41 Tahun 2004. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), using descriptive qualitative analysis methods, namely by describing in detail the reality or circumstances of an object in sentence form in order to provide an outline description to draw a conclusion. The strategy for developing cash waqf funds in KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah is in accordance with Undang-Undang No. 41 Tahun 2004. Judging from several aspects contained in Chapter V Management and Development of Endowment Property in Undang-Undang No. 41 Tahun 2004, namely aspects of alienation, based on sharia principles and productive development. The aspect of separation is the KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah has a portrait of good and professional management in retirement can be seen from two factors namely transparency and responsibility and aspirations. Based on sharia principles, namely developing cash waqf funds based on sharia principles from the pillars and conditions of waqf. Productive development, namely funds from the results of cash waqf used to allocate to various fields, so that the results of the development can be developed again for the benefit of the people.
