Abstract

Corruption which is an extraordinary crime has a more complex complexity compared to conventional criminal acts. For this reason, in order to tackle crimes that are very detrimental to the community, this corruption case requires a very special treatment, so as not to cause misery to the community, because this act causes great harm to the state and society. The number of state officials who commit corruption becomes a challenge for the Police as law enforcers to eradicate corruption. The purpose of this paper is to find out how to enforce criminal acts of corruption against state officials who commit crimes in the Pacitan Resort Police jurisdiction, how law enforcement efforts are in eradicating criminal acts of corruption and what obstacles are found in the Pacitan Resort Police jurisdiction, how are efforts law enforcers in eradicating criminal acts of corruption as well as any obstacles that are found in the jurisdiction of the Pacitan Resort Police, how law enforcement efforts in eradicating criminal acts of corruption and what obstacles are found in eradicating criminal acts of corruption.
