Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work performance, work stress, and work environment on employee work productivity. This study uses a qualitative research method, namely the literature method, where this method is by collecting data with journals, books, and various other types of writing related to the title raised. The analysis in the research is content analysis, after being analyzed from previous research there are results that work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and there is a work environment that has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.
