Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, service quality, and perceived value on consumer satisfaction among students of Xiaomi mobile users at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. In this study used a sample of 107 students taken at random, namely consumers of Xiaomi brand mobile products at the Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta. The research method uses purposive sampling and the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
