Abstract

This research aims to determine the discoverers, Dream, Design and Destiny in Appreciative inquiry can reduce the level of work stress. The study participants numbered 55 people from Muhammadiyah 2 Middle School, Masaran Sragen. The analytical tool used in this study is ordinary regression and the application used is SmartPLS. The results show that discover has a significant negative effect, dream variable has a significant negative effect, and the design variable has no significant negative effect on the level of influence on work stress R2 0.544, while the destiny variable is eliminated because the writer has a bad value, and his presence makes the value of other variables not good.
