Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives, training and motivation on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Boyolali. Where proposed three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely incentives, training and motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Boyolali, while the sample in this study was 40 employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Boyolali. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that: Incentives have an influence on employee performance. Training has an influence on employee performance. Motivation has an influence on employee performance.
