Abstract
This study aims to analyze how to improve organizational performance in the Tirta Makmur Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Sukoharjo Regency through human capital and social capital with innovation capabilities as a mediating variable. This type of research uses quantitative research analysis method used is Path Analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Makmur, Sukoharjo regency, while the sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a questionnaire distributed via google.form of 105 respondents. Based on the results of this study concluded that 1) Human capital has a significant positive effect on the capability of innovation. 2) Social Capital has a significant positive effect on the capability of innovation. 3) Innovative capability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. 4) Innovative capability mediates significantly positively between human capital and organizational performance. 5) Innovative capability mediates significantly positively between social capital and organizational performance.
