Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on improving employee performance with the work environment as an intervening variable on the CV Nagamas wonogiri branch motor. The sample used in this study were 35 employees who worked at CV Nagamas wonogiri branch motorcycles using a questionnaire to collect data. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample when a population member is used as a sample. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test and multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable influence of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work environment. Work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance environment. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance. Then work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance improvement through the work environment. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance through the work environment.
