Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal arrangements for credit sales and cash receipts of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri. This research method uses descriptive method. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the triangulation technique. Accounting and internal control information systems at PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri there is still something that is not in accordance with the theory. This relates to concurrent positions in the billing and shipping department, so also on employee arrangements that are not in accordance with their quality. However, the computerized system at PT.
