Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media information, trust, satisfaction and service quality on customer loyalty. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of short pants products in Dawnstore. The number of samples in this study were 133 respondents, the method of data collection using non probability sampling with the type of purposive sampling where researchers determine the sampling by providing specific criteria. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study were the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test (R2), model accuracy test (F test), multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test (t test). The results showed that social media information, satisfaction and service quality had a significant effect while trust did not significantly influence customer loyalty in short pants at Dawnstore.
