Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and firm size affect the value of the company with the age of the company as a moderating variable. The population in this study is the consumption sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016 to 2018. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 40 companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the Capital Structure (DER) has a positive but not significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), Firm Size (Total Assets) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, Firm Age moderates a positive and significant relationship between Capital Structure (DER) to Firm Value (PBV), Firm Age moderates a positive and significant relationship between Firm Size (Total Assets) to Value.
