Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, safety, service quality and risk perception on online product purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all people who have shopped online in Surakarta. The sampling technique in this study is convenience sampling. The number of samples in this study were 105 respondents. Based on the results of the t test analysis which states the regression coefficients for the variables of trust, safety and quality of service affect the purchase decision, and the risk perception variable negatively affects the purchase decision. Tests using the F test obtained Fcount> Ftable = 7.210> 2.46 with a significance value of 0.000> 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis stating "there is an influence of trust, safety, service quality and perception of risk to online product purchasing decisions" accepted and proven true.
