Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Sri Rejeki Isman, Tbk in the 2014-2018 period if measured using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. This type of research is quantitative research, the population of this research is the textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the sample in this study is PT Sri Rejeki Isman, Tbk. Retrieval of data using the method of documentation in the form of annual financial reports of PT Sri Rejeki Isman, Tbk in the 2014-2015 period, while the research sampling technique used nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The method of measuring a company's financial performance is based on value creation using the EVA method. The results of this study indicate a positive EVA value, meaning that PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk is able to cover the capital costs incurred and obtain profits exceeding the expected rate of return by investors, in addition the company is also able to create value and have good performance.
