Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty of Matic motorcycles. The sample in this study amounted to 200 consumers at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta using Google forms for data collection. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: satisfaction and trust have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Matic motorcycles either partially or jointly.
