Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at Goro Assalam Hypermart. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees at Goro Assalam Hypermart using Google forms for data collection. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: Partially teamwork and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Goro Assalam Hypermart. While the work environment has no influence on employee performance decisions at Goro Assalam Hypermart.
