Abstract

Abuse and distribution dark drugs is are classified as a part evil remarkable , because of the victims inflicted by abuse and distribution dark narcotic .The purpose of writing is aimed to know how profile the householders of evil drugs and factors for the has committed crimes drugs and reduction efforts that can be carried by law enforcement officials especially city police surakarta and a special institution handle evil drugs that is bnn ( national narcotic agency city surakarta based on rules already described in detail in law no. 35 years 2009 on narcotics .Factors for investors a criminal offense drugs in the city surakarta namely the internal factor and external factors .Act done by police officers and bnn ( national narcotic agency city surakarta to reduce the crime rate drugs could be done through 2 of the upay.
