Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business risk, sales growth, operating capacity, and operating cash flow on financial distress. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2018. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The sample in this study was 94 companies obtained by purposive sampling method. This study uses a logistic regression analysis method with SPSS version 20.00. This result showed that business risk do not affect the probability of financial distress. While sales growth, operating capacity, and operating cash flow affect significantly the probability of financial distress.
