Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of clean water needs for Driyorejosubdistrict of the reservoir of the municipal water supply (PDAM) Giri Tirta Driyorejo Gresik. The purpose of this research is to find out the amount the clean water needed for PDAM customers in the Driyorejo sub-district of Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative data analysis. The data used in this research is data on the population of Driyorejo subdistrict in 2014-2018, types of customers of the PDAM Giri Tirta Kecamatan Driyorejo Gresik in 2014-2018, the water flow discharge data in PDAM Giri Tirta Driyorejo Gresik Sub-district in 2014-2018 as well as PDAM data of Giri Tirta subdistrictDriyorejo 2014-2018 which includes operational data, maintenance cost data, investment cost data, and benefit fee data. The results of the study showed the coverage of the PDAM of Giri Tirta Sub District of Gresik Regency in 2023 which is 38.15% so service coverage is still under national standards. Connection in 2023 reservoir needs 16756-500 m3 so the shortage of reservoir capacities is 16256 m3 and the results of reservoir capacity requirements based on a population of 2023 is 5689 m3 and the shortage of reservoir capacity is 5189 m3.
