Abstract
In the world of trade there are certain regulations which must be obeyed greenback. trade in exercised their activities had Law that arranged in the trading in the agricultural sector are required to do fumigation around of production that is the result of the good will be distributed at national or international. Plantation Company London Sumatra Indonesia is the company in oil palm plantation industry and rubber plantations. To distribute it and implement regulations of agriculture minister then PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia cooperation with the Pacific Indo Packing Makassar Company that providing services in the field and packaging services fumigation wood for export and pest control. This study aims to analyze the company partnership agreement between two companies. Process of making cooperation agreements between shall be according to the provision as stated in the book of the civil code to declare the agreement shall be valid if it fulfilled the criteria the validity of the agreement. The method of approach used in this study is normative, which examines aspects of law, the rule of law relating to cooperation agreements. This research is descriptive in nature, which is to describe clearly the process of implementing a cooperative agreement. The results showed that in the cooperation agreement process begins with the establishment of a cooperation agreement that is accompanied by the completion of administrative requirements and legal terms of the agreement. At the time of the agreement is marked by an agreement between the two parties by signing the deed of agreement. And then fulfilling the rights and obligations of the parties conducting cooperation, they must pay attention to the provisions in Law, where their rights and obligations are clear and can be fulfilled by the parties. From the result of the agreement, the legal consequences can be in the form of fulfillment of the achievement of the cooperation agreement or all rights and obligations of the parties have been carried out. If there is a default or non-fulfillment of the rights and responsibilities of one of the parties due to the fault of one of the parties, then accountability can be held to those who do not fulfill their rights and obligations. If one party commits an illegal act during the implementation of the cooperation, then it can be settled through the court where the agreement was made or other arrangements can be arranged in the contents of the cooperation agreement.
