Abstract

This thesis discuss about division of inheritance method that is called munasakhat, which means division of inheritance is devided. One of the beauty of Islamic shariah is that it defends one’s right of wealth not only when he is alive but also after he dies. How it is defended? And who will get the wealth when the heir has died? To answer those question, the thesis’ writer use qualitative approach based one some reference. This thesis also explain about the inheritance division in some situasion after someone dies.
