Abstract

Along with the changing times, the franchise business is growing rapidly in the midst of society. This very practical business has not yet been anticipated or specifically regulated by law. Because there is no specific arrangement. Although up to now there are no laws and regulations specifically regulating franchise institutions, it does not mean that these institutions have no legal basis at all. This is due to the franchise institutions contained in the legal relations of the parties as a result of the agreements made, of course the principle that can be used as a benchmark is the principle of freedom of contract.
