Abstract
Good Antenatal Care is done as early as possible because it will prevent the death of mother and baby and can improve the quality of pregnant women. Antenatal care services to ensure that pregnant women can monitor the progress of the pregnancy, improve and maintain the physical and mental health of the mother, recognize early abnormalities that might occur during pregnancy, prepare for the postpartum to run normally. For antenatal care services performed in K1 during the first trimester of pregnancy, for K4 performed at least 1 times the first trimester, at least 1 times the second trimester, at least 2 times in the third trimester. In accordance with the latest Government policy that antenatal care services must cover 14T. This study aims to determine the description of the implementation of ANC (antenatal care) testing for pregnant women in Puskesmas Kartasura. This study used a questionnaire containing the ANC (antenatal care) examination procedure consisting of 14T as a measurement tool used, the number of samples used in this study were 75 pregnant women in the third trimester. Statistical analysis used to describe the implementation of ANC (antenatal care) examination is a univariate analysis. The results of this study found that 75 pregnant women only did 9T (weigh weight, measure blood pressure, height of the fundus uteri, giving TT immunization, giving Fe tablets, Hb examination, VDRL testing, urine protein screening, and speech gathering) of all 14T when conducting ANC (antenatal care) checks. But in this case it is included in the category of sufficient because 64% were carried out during the ANC examination. By doing this research, it is expected to be a reference in the development of nursing knowledge as well as the development in handling ANC examinations in pregnant women.
