Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of sales growth, firm size, firm age, tangibility of assets and business risk on the capital structure.This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data. The populations in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 until 2018. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling method. In order to obtain a sample of 270. The study uses multiple linear regression models. The results showed that firm size (SIZE) , firm age (AGE), and tangibility asset (TANG) affect the capital structure. While sales growth (SG) dan business risk (RISK) do not affect the capital structure (DER).
