Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, total asset turnover, asset structure, and business risk to the capital structure. This study obtained data directly by using secondary data from annual report of companies on website www.idx.co.id. Population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on IDX between 2016-2018. This study obtained 240 manufacturing companies as sample by using purposive sampling method. This study using multiple linier regression as a data analysis method. The result showed that liquidity affect significantly the capital structure. Profitability, total asset turnover, asset structure, and business risk do not affect the capital structure.
