Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the practice of renting land for crooked land in Mendenrejo Village, Kradenan District, Blora Regency and whether the practice of renting land for crooked land is in accordance with Islamic law. The purpose of this study is to find out how the practices and suitability of the lease rent for crooked land in Mendenrejo Village, Kradenan District, Blora Regency with Islamic law. The research method uses qualitative research. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data in the form of village profile data or village demographic data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that in the lease of crooked land in Mendenrejo Village, Kradenan District, Blora Regency was in accordance with Islamic law. Where the parties have fulfilled the harmony and legal requirements for renting and their rights and obligations. Keywords: Islamic Law, Leasing, Crooked Land.
