Abstract
The research goal are described: 1) The family environments contributes positive and significant to the achievement of learning from the 11th class in accounting and finance of the society SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. 2) The achievement motivation contributes positive and significant to the achievement of learning from the 11th class in accounting and finance of the society SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. 3) The family environments and achievement motivation contributes positive and significant together to the achievement of learning from the 11th class in accounting and finance of the society SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research included types of quantitative and ex-post facto designs. The population in this research were all students from the 11th class in accounting and finance of the society SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo school year 2019/2020 were taken as many as 108 students. The sample in this research were taken as many as 68 students with simple random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques on the use of questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linier regression analysis, partial significant tests (t test), simultaneous significant tests (F test), relative contribution, and effective contribution. The results of multiple linier regression analysis obtained by the regression line equation Y = 66,856 + 0,139 X₁ + 0,191 X₂. The conclusions on this research are: 1) there are contributions positive and significant of family environment to the achievement of learning from the 11th class in accounting and finance of the society SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. 2) there are contributions positive and significant of achievement motivation to the achievement of learning from the 11th class in accounting and finance of the society SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. 3) there are contributions positive and significant of family environment and achievement motivation together to the achievement of learning from the 11th class in accounting and finance of the society SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Whereas coefficient of determination (R²) of 0,492 or 49,2% while 50,8% the remaining contributed by other variables that were not studied in the research.
