Abstract

Regular checking of engine components is one of the important factors that greatly affects the productivity of the engine, this inspection aims to clean the components and repair the damage that occurs after 16,000 hours of engine use. 16,000 hours of engine usage results in faulty bearing damage, a scratched piston, and a damaged turbocharger repair kit. How to repair damage to components by replacing the bearings, piston sets, and turbocharger repair kits according to engine fabrication standards. The results of the inspection of engine components after usage of 16,000 hours are included in the category of severe damage, the maximum usage limit is 12,000 hours.
