Abstract

This research explains about Sharia Hotel as a tourism facility in the perspective of DSN Fatwa Number 107/DSN-MUI/X/2016. The Case study of Multazam Sukoharjo Sharia Hotel. Aim of this research is to know how the management of a sharia hotel as a tourism facility in the perspective of DSN Fatwa Number 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016.Based on this research, the researcher shows how the management of Sharia Hotel weather appropriate or not with Fatwa DSN Number 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 about tourism.This research belongs the qualitative research by study Case approach at Multazam Sukoharjo Sharia Hotel as a sample. The researcher do this research through by observation, documentations and direct questionare to obtain the data. The deductive method is used to carry out the research conclusion. Based on this research, the conclusion is the management of Multazam Sharia already appropriate to Sharia principles of DSN Fatwa Number 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016.
