Load factor is the ratio between average load and peak load measured in a certain period. One of them is electricity customers in the household sector who use a lot of electrical equipment at night so that there is a significant increase in electrical energy or often called the peak load time (PLT). The household sector experienced a fluctuating increase in electricity compared to other sectors. This study aims to determine the value of the average load and peak load which will then be used to calculate the load factor in each residential class in the Sukoharjo region. The method used in this research is to collect references and journals related to the burden factor then proceed with the research data collection at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Sukoharjo. In the household load sector, there are several groups of R1 (450 VA), R1 (900 VA), R1 (1300 VA), R1 (2200 VA), R2 (3500-5500 VA) and R3 (<6600 VA). The results of the analysis carried out the value of the load factors obtained are very varied, in November the entire tariff group is greater than in December except the tarif group R1 (2200 VA), so that the highest load factor is found in the R1 group (450 VA) in November amounted to 30.3% and the lowest load factor occurred in group R1 (1300 VA) in December amounted to 12.9%.
