Abstract

This study describes the Review of Islamic Law regarding the practice of maintaining broiler chickens conducted between PT. Aneka Intan Jaya and breeders in Plantungan District, Kendal Regency. The main issues in this study are 1) How is the practice of collaboration between PT. Aneka Intan Jaya and breeders in raising broilers? 2) How is the Islamic legal review of the broiler chicken maintenance cooperation system between PT. Aneka Intan Jaya and breeders ?. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of maintaining broiler chickens conducted between PT. Aneka Intan Jaya and breeders. To find out the review of Islamic law on the broiler chicken maintenance cooperation system. This type of research uses field research. The approach used is a qualitative approach that is empirical and normative. Data collection methods are using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research in Islamic law states that the cooperation in maintaining broiler chickens is similar to the syirkah contract where the cooperation carried out between PT.Aneka Intan Jaya and breeders together provide capital and profit and loss sharing in accordance with the agreement. In practice, according to the Shari'a, this cooperation is said to be a fasid/ canceled due to a discrepancy in making contracts, sharing profits and losses. This cooperation contract is only made by one party, namely PT. In the distribution of profits, farmers do not know the profit earned by PT. Risk/loss management is only burdensome for one party, namely the farmer who has to bear the risk of death of livestock chickens.
