Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of working capital on the level of PKL net income in Kartasura District. 2) The effect of work experience on the level of PKL net income in Kartasura District. 3) The effect of working capital and work experience on the level of PKL net income in Kartasura District. The population in this study is PKL in Kartasura District, especially in the areas of Makamhaji, Ngadirejo and around the UMS Pabelan Campus as many as 70 respondents. Sampling of 51 respondents using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The research data needed is obtained by interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test and the relative and effective contribution. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the regression line equation: Y = 0.300 + 0.068 X1 + 0.066 X2. The conclusions of this study are: 1) Working capital has a positive and significant effect on the level of PKL net income in Kartasura District. This is evident from the t test obtained tcount > ttable is 2.029 > 2.010 and a significant value < 0.05 is 0.048 with a relative contribution of 35.9% and an effective contribution of 7.2%. 2) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on the level of PKL net income in Kartasura District. This is evident from the t test obtained tcount > ttable that is 2.741 > 2.010 and a significant value < 0.05 namely 0.009 with a relative contribution of 64.1% and an effective contribution of 12.9%, 3) Working capital and work experience have a positive effect and significant level of net income PKL in Kartasura District. This is evident from the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable is 6.054 > 3.19 and a significant value < 0.05 is 0.005 with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 20.1% while the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other variables not examined the researcher.
