Abstract
There are 7 employees of PT Trans Rekreasindo Pekalongan who resigned from September 2019 to March 2020 with various reasons including getting a new job, lack of harmony at work, work pressure that emphasizes the achievement of targets, the absence of bonuses, allowances, and difficulties to get a promotion, so it reflects the problem of job satisfaction. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between organizational communication and organizational culture with job satisfaction. The method used is quantitative correlational with measuring instruments in the form of Organizational Communication Scale, Organizational Culture Scale, and Job Satisfaction Scale. The population in this study were employees of PT. Trans Rekreasindo Pekalongan with a sample of 50 employees. The sampling technique used was the quota sampling technique. Data analysis was performed with multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20 software. Based on data analysis between variables of organizational communication and organizational culture with job satisfaction, the Fcount value is 38.713 and the sig is 0.000 (p <0.01). This means that there is a very significant positive relationship between organizational communication and organizational culture with job satisfaction.
