Abstract

Land with unique dimensions often give birth is not a simple problem. One of the problems in the field of law dimension in the form of a land dispute. To resolve the land dispute cases are civil, can be resolved through the courts and out of court. One example of such overlapping issues of land disputes are resolved through out of court is the National Land Agency. One of the National Land Agency Surakarta in resolving a land dispute case in the form of overlapping implement a mediation system win-win solution. Which emphasizes consultation system capable of reflecting the interests of the parties involved in the dispute. Because, National Land Agency Surakarta The decision refers to the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34 Year 2007 on Technical Guidelines for Handling And Settlement Land Issues.
