Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and test the effect of competence of human resources, implementation of regional financial accounting system, utilization of information technology, and internal control system on the quality of government regional financial statement. The population of this research is BPPKAD Grobogan regency. The sample of this research are employee in BPPKAD Grobogan regency as many as 35 respondents. To get the sample is using saturation sampling technique. Analysis of data on this research is using multiple linear analysus, with the help of SPSS 24. The result showed that internal control system has an effect on the quality of regional government financial statement, while the competence of human resources, implementation of regional financial accounting system, and utilization of information technology doesn’t has an effect on quality of regional government financial statement.
