Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap disiplin kerja Guru SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian ini adalah SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar Jalan Brigjen Slamet Riyadi Karanganyar, Telp (0271) 495171. Populasi dan sampel sebanyak 45 orang guru SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian: (1) Variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Guru SMA Muhammadiyah I Karanganyar (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai probabilitas value sebesar 0,034 < 0,05. (2) Variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Guru SMA Muhammadiyah I Karanganyar (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai probabilitas value sebesar 0, 838 > 0,05. (3) Variabel kompetensi pedagogik (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Guru SMA Muhammadiyah I Karanganyar (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai probabilitas value sebesar 0, 000 < 0,05. (4) Hasil uji F menunjukkan probabilitas value sebesar 0,000a < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak, berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja, dan kompetensi pedagogik secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja Guru SMA Muhammadiyah I Karanganyar. This study aims to analyze the influence of school principal leadership, work environment, and pedagogical competencies on the work discipline of Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar High School Teachers. This research is quantitative research. The object of this study was Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar High School, Brigjen Slamet Riyadi Karanganyar Street, Tel (0271) 495171. The population and sample were 45 teachers of Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar High School. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the study: (1) The school leadership variable (X1) has a significant effect on the work discipline of the Muhammadiyah I Senior High School Teacher Karanganyar (Y). This is indicated from the probability value of 0.034 <0.05. (2) Work environment variable (X2) does not significantly influence the work discipline of Muhammadiyah I Karanganyar (Y) High School Teachers. This is indicated by the probability value of 0, 838 > 0.05. (3) Pedagogical competency variable (X3) significantly influences the work discipline of Teachers of Muhammadiyah I Senior High School Karanganyar (Y). This is indicated by the probability value of 0, 000 <0.05. (4) F test results show a probability value of 0,000a <0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant influence on the school leadership variables, work environment, and pedagogical competence together on the work discipline of Teachers of Muhammadiyah I Karanganyar High School.
