Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out whether working capital working loans for small-scale business (KUR) have an impact on education in the context of the success of entrepreneurs in Kecamatan Sidoharjo. 2) To find out whether working capital loans for people's business loans (KUR) have an impact on entrepreneurship training in the context of the success of entrepreneurs in the Sidoharjo sub-district. 3) To find out whether working capital loans for people's business loans (KUR) have an impact on entrepreneurship education and training in the context of the success of entrepreneurs in Kecamatan Sidoharjo. This quantitative research is a method of research in which data uses numbers and analysis uses statistics. The study population is entrepreneurs in the District of Sidoharjo. The sample used by 30 entrepreneurs with the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire was tested and tested for validity and tested for reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and relative and effective contributions. Regression analysis results: Y = 49,386 + 0,524 X1 + 0,855 X2 + 1,892 X3. The conclusions are: 1) There is an effect of entrepreneurship education on working capital for people's business credit (KUR) is acceptable. Based on the t test obtained t count> t table, 4.115> 2.056 and the significance value <0.05, which is 0.000. 2) There is an effect of entrepreneurship training on working capital credit for business credit loans (KUR) can be accepted. Based on the t test obtained t count> t table, which is 3.285> 2.056 and the significance value <0.05, which is 0.012. 3) There is an effect of the success of entrepreneurs on working capital loans for people's business loans (KUR) can be accepted. Based on the t test obtained t count> t table, which is 3.082> 2.056 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.005. 4) There is an effect of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship training, and the success of entrepreneurs on working capital loans for people's business loans (KUR) can be accepted. Based on the simultaneous test (F test) it is known that Fcount> Ftable, which is 3.224> 2.990 and a significance value <0.05, which is 0.039 with a Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 51.1% Keywords: entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurial success, and working capital.
