Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Company Value in Various Industrial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The data in this study met the requirements in the classical assumption test with a sample of 17 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual report data downloaded via www.idx.ac.id. Data collection techniques using documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Financial Performance has and significant effect on Company Value, (2) CSR has and insignificant effect on Company Value, (3) Simultaneously Financial Performance and CSR have a significant effect on Company Value.
