Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and job satisfaction on improving employee performance in the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Wonogiri Regency Government. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 24 Civil Servants and Civil Registration Officials of Wonogiri Regency Government. Sampling is done using the Non-Probability Sampling method and the sampling technique using Saturated Sampling. To determine the magnitude of the influence of independent variables on the dependent, the research data collected were processed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 17.0 application. Based on the research results seen from the results of the t test, H1: the influence of organizational culture variables on employee performance obtained t count value of 0.135 < t table 2.086 which means H1 is rejected, so that organizational culture variables do not significantly influence employee performance, H2: effect of compensation variables on performance employees obtained the value of t count 0.419 < t table 2.086 which means H2 is rejected, so that the compensation variable does not significantly influence employee performance, and H3: the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance is obtained value of t count 3.319 > t table 2.086 which means H3 is accepted, so Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Wonogiri Regency Government. From the regression test results, it is known that organizational culture, compensation, and job satisfaction variables partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Service and Civil Registration Office of the Wonogiri Regency Government, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.599, these results provide an understanding that the variable dependent, namely employee performance can be explained by organizational culture variables, compensation, and job satisfaction with a value of 59.9%.
