Abstract

Karanganyar is one city that has many tourist attractions, one of which is the Tea garden. Tea garden is a natural tourist attraction whose development has not been maximized so that tourists are still lacking in interest. This happens because there are several things that must be a concern in managing the tourism supply chain so that the sector is sustainable including: accommodation, transportation, local specialties and community crafts. The purpose of this study is to examine the sustainability of the tourism supply chain is still lacking so that this problem can be made an opportunity to solve the problem of the development of tea gardens. The method used in this problem is the SWOT and ANP methods. The SWOT method is used to find alternatives to developing ecotourism. ANP is used to determine the priorities of sustainable tourism strategies. The yield of the tea garden SWOT is in quadrant II meaning careful stability. The results of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) so that the priority strategy is known as the first priority SO1 with a value of 0.62075, then the second priority is WT2 with a value of 0.56761 and the third priority is WO2 with a value of 0.52257.
