Abstract

This research aimed to find out about the effects of job training, work ability and motivation towards performance of barbershop employee in Kartasura area. The research was quantitative research with barbershop employee in Kartasura as population. Sample of research were 40 barbershop employee who works in Kartasura area. The data of evaluation test result were analyzed with instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis testing (multiple linier regression, hypothesis test (t-test), F-test and determination test). According to the statistic analysis using SPSS program, shows that job training has a significant positive effect on performance, work ability has a significant positive effect on performance and motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. However, together with job training, work skills and motivation have a significant positive effect on performance.
