Abstract

As a public service organization Boyolali Community Health Center can not be separated from the spotlight and assessment of the user community. The services provided to patients sometimes still contain complaints from the public in the form of medical and non-medical services.This study aims to: 1) Assess the quality of puskesmas services in Boyolali District,; 2) Assess the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Health Center Boyolali District; 3) Assessing the reach of puskesmas services in Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. The data collection method in this study used a survey method, with 96 respondents consisting of Puskesmas patients taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. The analysis method used consists of questionnaire frequency tables, multiple linear regression and geographic analysis used in the form of interaction geographic analysis and spatial pattern analysis. Based on the analysis of the data obtained by the results of the study: 1) The quality of services provided by Boyolali Health Center Boyolali Regency for patients served classified as "Good"; 2) The quality of Boyolali I Health Center services has a positive effect on patient satisfaction. Tangibles (physical appearance) is the most influential variabel on patient satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.409 or 40.9%. While the quality of Boyolali II Health Center services has a positive effect on patient satisfaction. reliability is the most influential variabel on patient satisfaction, with a coefficient value of 0.285 or 28.5%; and 3) Good service coverage at Boyolali Health Center I and Boyolali Health Center II is included in the local reach, because the majority of the area of origin of the population served comes from within the sub-district. It is known that in Boyolali I Public Health Center most patients originated in the sub-district which is 65.34% of the total patients. While patients from within the district were 33.55% and those from outside the district were 1.11%. For Boyolali II Public Health Center the highest number of patients came from the sub-district by 72.93%; in the sub-district namely Mudal District by 16.64% while the remaining 10.43% came from outside the district.
