Abstract
ABSTRACT The learning process at school is an educational activity that has educational value which involves the teacher and students as the main actors. Both are in different positions and responsibilities, but with the same goal achievement. The teacher is responsible for driving students toward competent moral maturity and providing them with some knowledge and guiding them. Educative interaction activities when learning at school are called successful if there are changes in the attitudes and behavior of students after carrying out these learning activities. Changes in attitudes and behaviors for the better which in the end are called characters can be formed through the habituation that is accompanied by guidance, qudwah hasanah or a good example of a teacher figure, as well as school internal policies that support the course of the process. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the implementation of teacher interaction patterns in the formation of students' morals as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of teacher interaction patterns in the formation of the morals of students at Al Azhar Syifa Budi sala class VIII. Then the aim of the research is to implement the pattern of teacher interaction in the formation of the morals of students and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the pattern of teacher interaction in the formation of the morals of students in junior high school Al Azhar syifa budi sala class VIII. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative research approach to phenomenology. The data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis method uses qualitative Based on the data analysis of the results of the study it can be concluded that the VIII grade teachers have a fairly large share in the effort of forming morals in Al Azhar Syifa Budi Sala Middle School through various kinds of interaction patterns that have been applied. As for the kinds of interaction patterns carried out by class teachers to students at Al Azhar Middle School Syifa Budi Sala, they are tutorials, lectures, discussions, and independent learning. And all kinds of interaction patterns are aimed at the same that is forming the morals of students. Then in the implementation that has been done by VIII grade teachers in an effort to shape the morals of students at Al Azhar Middle School Syifa Budi Sala, of course, have influencing factors, both the driving factors and inhibiting factors. The driving factor is the internal policies of the school in the form of an orderly procedure that will go well to support what the teacher has done in class, and the other factor most felt is the support of the parents of the students, in addition to the activities of the participants students in homes and communities are also influential. As for the inhibiting factors, namely in terms of environmental problems that are not good and contrary to what is expected, both the school environment and the environment where students live.
