Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove whether the Training affected Employee Performance at BMT in Wonogiri. To prove whether Work-Life Balance affects Emloyee Performance at BMT in Wonogiri. To prove whether Happiness to Work affects Employee Performance at BMT in Wonogiri. The population in this study were all employees in 28 BMT in the Wonogiri region. This sampling method is based on the probability technique that in Purposive Sampling while samples taken from the population must be truly representative (representing) as many as 150 respondents from 10 BMT in the Wonogiri area. Based on the research results training variables have an influence on employee performance. Work-life balance variable has an influence on employee perforamnce. Happiness to work variable has an influence on employee performance.
