Abstract

This research aim to analyses what the influences of intention to do whistle-blowing at teacher and employee on SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Gemolong Sragen. Population and sample of which is used in this research is teacher and employee on SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Gemolong Sragen counted to 42 respondents. The research method used multiple linear regression analyses by using SPSS software. Result of research partially and simultaneously indicates that attitude to behavior, subjective norm, and behavioral control perception have an effect on significant to the intention to do whistle-blowing. Result of the examination coefficient of determinacy (R2) indicating they are, attitude to behavior, subjective norm, and behavioral control perception can explain variability of the intention to do whistle-blowing.
