Abstract
This research aims to determine and examine factors that influence the value of the company in terms of the function of spending financial management namely on investment decisions, debt policy and dividend policy. The population in this research is a food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2018. Total population of 25 companies and with sampling method using cluster sampling food and beverage obtained as many as 8 companies. The data analysis techniques used in this study were using multiple linear regression analyses. Based on the results of the study it is known that investment decisions have no significant effect on the company's value while debt policy and dividend policy significantly positively affect the value of the company. This research is expected to help stakeholders who need information from the results of this research.
