Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Balancing Funds, Capital Expenditures, Education and Technology on the Study of Human Development Index in Provincial Governments in Indonesia for the period 2015-2017. This research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were 102 provinces and the sample in this study was selected using the purposive sampling method so that as many as 97 provinces were obtained as samples. The research data was obtained from the website (www.bps.go.id & www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id). Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression with t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that Revenue Sharing, Special Allocation Funds have a negative effect on the Human Development Index and Capital Expenditures, Education & technology have a positive effect on the Human Development Index while the General Allocation Fund does not affect the Human Development Index.
